Yatty Matty ‘s obsession with pole began in 2013 and has evolved into a love affair when she began teaching in 2017. Pole has healed my broken heart and strengthened the relationship she has with her body. She invites everyone who moves with her to lean in, be who you are, and work with your body instead of against it!
